If I recently told you about shampoo, today I tell you my opinion about Olaplex Conditioner. My experience and my general review about this “celebrity” hair care product.
Olaplex steps 4 and 5
This conditioner is step 5 within Olaplex’s complete care routine, which consists of 8 steps.
You can read my opinion about Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo if you are interested in also trying step 4 of this range. But in this article I’m going to focus solely on conditioner.

What is Olaplex conditioner really for?
There are a lot of steps in the Olaplex routine. And many of those steps apply similarly, with damp hair, so it’s easy to get lost. Or I was at least a little lost at first. So if we talk specifically about the Olaplex conditioner, what is it really for?
Well, this step, number 5 of the Olaplex routine is designed to be used together with shampoo in our daily washing routine. However, if your hair is really punished, you should go from conditioner and use only the mask in each wash. Especially if you have very dry hair and don’t need to wash it very often.
How is Olaplex conditioner used?
Olaplex conditioner is used like any other. Apply it on wet hair and leave it on for a few minutes. It doesn’t have to be a long time. For me it takes effect even by lightening the hair soon after.
Olaplex Conditioner Ingredients
It is very interesting to know that Olaplex conditioner does not contain parabens, sulfates or gluten. And besides, it’s cruelty free.
However, for those of you who are curious about the specific ingredients of this conditioner, here is the complete list:

My Opinion about Olaplex Conditioner
If you have read my review about Olaplex shampoo, you probably do not be surprised that I love this conditioner. To give you an idea, it has worked much better for me than some masks.
The consistency is that of a conditioner, not a mask, and it doesn’t need much exposure time. With a few minutes it is worth.
Olaplex conditioner leaves hair super soft and very easy to style. I am very surprised that to be a product without sulfates or silicones works so well.
As I say, you don’t have to use much product to make it work, but my hair reaches below my hip. So I think the big boat would have been better for me, really. I get the impression that this small bottle (like the shampoo) will not last long. The big pot is 2000ml. The small size is 100ml, by the way.
If the conditioner is so effective, I wonder what the mask will be like. It has to be wonderful.
Of course, as I always say, everyone has to look for what best suits their hair type. In my case I have very punished hair by bleaching. Here I tell you how I managed to recover my hair battered by bleaching. In addition to that, I wear permanent extensions of 60 cm (come on, the longest they do). And for them I need to use sulfate-free products.
But if your hair is fine and the damage you have is not so much, maybe it is not worth it. It all depends on what you are looking for. But come on, if what you want is to recover a really punished hair, I think this conditioner from Olaplex and the whole range in general can come in handy.
Finally, on the internet I found some opinions from users with fine and brittle hair who said that this conditioner had left their hair thicker and less prone to breakage.
Olaplex Conditioner Price
The size of the Olaplex conditioner I bought is 250 ml. They also make it smaller: 100 ml, and larger: 2000 ml.
Next, I leave you three online stores where you can get Olaplex. I have tried to look for them in store in Spain and also here in England, but I have not been able to find them. Surely in cities bigger than the ones I move, like Madrid or London, they will be, but good. Total, that this conditioner in the end I had to buy online.
As always, I hope this article with my opinion about Olaplex conditioner has helped you if you were looking to know if Olaplex products are good. The truth is that they are expensive, but for my taste they are worth it.
See you on social media!
A huge hug,
Deliria Rose
